Current Vacancies:

Chiller Husbandry

Hours: 7.00am – 5pm hours
Salary: TBC / Overtime – Available

Working in a chilled environment with our Chiller Supervisor Matthew . This role is key to our business looking after our skippers catch with extreme care to ensure that it gets delivered to our customers in the best possible manner. Responsibilities include intake of the fish from our vessels, quality checks/procedures, grading, stock rotation, food safety, batch coding, continuous communication with our sales managers.

We are looking for a strong and fit hard working individual as there is a lot of physical lifting in this role.


East Anglia Driver

Hours: 6.00am – 4pm hours
Salary: TBC / Overtime – Available

Working within a team of 12 drivers, driving 3.5 tonne vehicles, delivering fish and seafood to an established route to high class Restaurants and Hotel kitchens in East Anglia Mon-Sat. We are looking for well-presented individuals to build a report with our client base, good communication skills and accuracy are paramount in this customer facing role. You will be responsible for delivering approx 20-30 deliveries, loading your own vehicle, paperwork, including goods returns, maintenance etc. A person with a good team ethic is paramount to our success at Marrfish.


London Driver

Hours: 5.30am – 3.30pm hours
Salary: TBC / Overtime – Available

Working within a team of 12 drivers, driving 3.5 tonne vehicles, delivering fish and seafood to an established route to high class Restaurants and Hotel kitchens in London Mon-Sat. Night Picker Packer

Hours: 10pm – 7am hours
Salary: TBC / Overtime – Available

Working in a small team Mon-Fri in our chilled environment, responsible for picking and packing our fresh fish and seafood to a high standard and accuracy, presentation is paramount for our discerning chefs.

Responsible for receiving our intake of fresh fish, carrying out necessary quality and temperature checks to ensure we adhere to all food safety due diligence. All training will be provided.

We are looking for a hard working individual who will thrive, develop their knowledge in the fish industry where other opportunities may arise depending on the individual as we like to promote from within.


Trainee Fish Cutter – Blockman

Hours: 7am – 5pm hours
Salary: TBC / Overtime – Available

Working in a small team Mon-Fri, with true professionals Shane & Danny, learning the art of fish preparation. Full training and development will be given. The correct person will flourish in this environment and the opportunity to earn more money comes along as and when you are able to demonstrate you can fillet a variety of species efficiently over a period of time. Presentation, good yield and a quality finish is the key for our discerning clients.
